So I decided to pick up this book, mainly because I like poetry and it was cheap. What I found instead was a woman who is in love with God bearing her soul on each page. It is an easy read, yet TS Freeman is poetically discussing deep issues. I found value in how she shows transparency through her struggles.
I really enjoyed this book of poetry. You could tell that the author was struggling to find purpose, self, and healing. At times she also gave into the pain and continued to stumble. Ultimately, she allowed God into her life and then the healing began. Seeing that evolution was intense at times. It was vulnerable at other times, and you could feel the need in her to find what she was looking for. It'a a very good read. Try it!
